OHIO — An Ohio court has ruled that illegal immigrants who are driving on Ohio streets are actually driving to illegally drive through property.
According to The Columbus Dispatch, a Superior Court judge ruled Monday that illegal aliens were violating Ohio’s law by driving on roads, sidewalks and other public places.
Judge John D. Stolle ordered a temporary restraining order barring illegal immigrants from driving in Ohio.
Stolle ruled that the illegal immigrants were driving through property without a license.
He said he could not determine whether they had a valid Ohio driver’s license.
Stale cited Ohio’s state constitution.
Ohio is the seventh state in the U.S. to legalize illegal immigration, after New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and California.
